Zurich started the personal line business in 2007, based on over 130 years’ experience in global operations, we are committed to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and quality services to meet the various needs of Chinese customers.
Being a Global 500 enterprise ('Fortune'), we conducted a thorough research on the local market after landing in Beijing, and developed customized products to cater to the needs of local customers. At the end of 2007, we launched the first household insurance product covering earthquake risk in Beijing and it was awarded "the Most Popular General Insurance Product" by 2009 SOHU Financial Planning Summit.
Our customer service center, which opened in November 2009, provides visiting customers one-stop service including product consultation, insurance application, premium payment, policy issuance and claim settlement services.
